With over four decades of hands-on experience in the electrical utility industry, Nick Sidhu brings deep field expertise and leadership to American Lineman College. As a Journeyman Lineman and Foreman, he has worked across transmission, distribution, and substation environments, consistently prioritizing safety, quality, and performance.

Nick began his career as an apprentice lineman, advancing through the ranks to become a respected leader responsible for managing crews, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards. His experience includes work as a substation technician and inspector, where he identified and mitigated critical system risks across large-scale utility infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Nick has also dedicated time to training and mentoring, bringing real-world knowledge into the classroom and field. His instruction emphasizes practical application, disciplined work habits, and the importance of doing the job right the first time.
Nick holds multiple industry certifications, including Journeyman Lineman, OSHA 10 and 30, CDL A and B, crane operator certification, and First Aid/CPR.
